I had the opportunity to attend a luncheon in Concord in September, and then I invited friends to come to a second luncheon in October. I found out that Franklin Graham has cancelled all of his 2016 events because he felt the Lord was calling him to do a 50 state tour in preparation for our 2016 elections. The purpose of this tour is to call America to turn to the Lord and I’ve heard 2 Chronicles 7:14 mentioned several times:
“If my people who are called by my name shall humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and forgive their sin and heal their land.”
Franklin Graham is calling for the church to be awakened to our calling to impact our society with the Gospel.
I am supportive of this vision because I have recently learned at the NH Renewal Project annual conference that out of 80,000,000 Evangelicals, 40,000,000 are registered to vote and 20,000,000 actually vote. I also learned the same is true of 60,000,000 Catholics---30,000,000 are registered to vote and 15,000,000 vote.
I’m reminded of the quote of Sir Edmond Burke, “The only necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.” It is staggering to think that the Christians of our nation could easily impact our nation by simply committing to be faithful, informed citizens and vote, but we have lost our vision and we are to blame because of our apathy. We need an awakening---and I believe that Franklin Graham will be calling for us to make a decision.
I’ll be there on January 19th—but my commitment is to use my influence to invite God’s people to be reawakened and reengage in our mission to advance the kingdom. Why don’t you check out the invitation video at: https://decisionamericatour.com/about/? The web site has all the information so you can share this invitation with others. Another option is for NHA pastors and leaders to come to the Nov. 20th luncheon in Manchester to see what they can do in NH.

Decision America Tour Mission
“Because Jesus Christ is the only hope for America (1 Corinthians 3:11), we call our nation to God and pray for His forgiveness and blessing (2 Chronicles 7:14) and for the liberty and freedom to continue to proclaim His Name until He returns (2 Corinthians 4:5). Will you stand with us in fervent prayer for our nation?”—Franklin Graham
